"Rostov region, Luhansk region, Berdiansk - Russian facilities have been attacked," Kovalenko wrote on Telegram.
According to the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andriushchenko, the explosions in Berdiansk were caused by Russian air defense over the sea. However, no targets were hit.
"Berdiansk. Not shot down. The "heavenly body", similar to missiles or very fast UAVs, moved further across the sea towards Yeysk," Andriushchenko wrote on Telegram.
Russian social media reports that residents of the Rostov region report loud noises.
And allegedly, several ATACMS flew in the direction of the Rostov region.
