Russian troops attacked Chernihiv region with mortars, drone and artillery over the past day, 51 explosions were recorded, the Northern Regional Office of the State Border Guard Service reported, UNN reported.

"The Russian occupation army continues to use its usual tactics of terror and shells numerous civilian objects in our country. During the day, Russian troops struck with 120 mm mortars, drones and cannon artillery on the border of Chernihiv region. 51 explosions were recorded," the Facebook post reads and lists:
- Semenivka community: 50 explosions (probably from 120-mm mortars and cannon artillery) in the localities of Bleshnya and Karpovychi.
- Snovska community: 1 explosion (probably an explosive device dropped from a UAV) in the direction of Yeline settlement.
There is no information on deaths or injuries among the local population as a result of the shelling.
