Russian army attacks Kupyansk with an air bomb, hitting a five-story building. According to the head of Kharkiv RMA, Oleg Sinegubov, two people were injured, UNN reports .
“At around 9 p.m. the enemy hit Kupyansk with a multiple rocket launcher. A five-story residential building was hit. Preliminary, two people were wounded,” said Colonel Syniehubov.
According to the head of the RMA, emergency services are working to eliminate the consequences.
