Russia launches a missile attack on a railway station in Kharkiv region: a conductor is wounded, train traffic is affected

On the night of August 1, the Russian army launched a missile attack on a railway station in Kharkiv region.  The attack injured a conductor, damaged two locomotives, freight and passenger cars. UNN reports this with reference to the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia. 

 The enemy continues to attack the railroad infrastructure. At night, a rocket attack was launched at one of the railway stations in Kharkiv region

Reportedly, there were no casualties. As a result of the attack, the conductor received shrapnel wounds to her head. She refused to be hospitalized.

Two locomotives, freight and passenger cars were damaged by the enemy attack. There is also damage to the tracks and power supply facilities.

Spot changes have been made to suburban train schedules, and long-distance trains continue to run using backup diesel locomotives.
