As of 20:00 on August 18, firefighting continues at the oil depot of the Kavkaz plant in Proletarsk, Rostov Region, which was attacked by Ukrainian kamikaze drones on Sunday night. Golubev assured that there was no threat of the fire spreading to residential buildings and neighboring properties.
