According to the Luhansk RMA, residents of the Russian-occupied city have a problem "that they hoped to get rid of.
The energy supplier issues invoices for the consumed electricity, taking into account the debt that arose before the occupation. They are forcing people to pay by threatening them with disconnections," the agency writes.
