Rada proposes to allow civilians who were in captivity to resign from military service

A draft law has been registered in the Verkhovna Rada, according to which  the right to be dismissed from military service to civilians who were in captivity and then went to serve in the armed forces of Ukraine (No. 12275). About it UNN reports with reference to people's deputy Alexey Goncharenko. 

Civilian prisoners who have returned to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine should have the right to be dismissed from military service! submitted the relevant bill to the Parliament.  Let me remind you that it has already been possible to ensure that civilians who were captured have a delay from mobilization.  there should now be a right to be dismissed

The Verkhovna Rada adopted a total of two draft laws onlines from conscription. According to the documents, the right to postponement is granted to civilians who have been captured, as well as the right to release those whose half-relatives died or went missing while participating in military operations.
