KYIV. November 19. UNN Since the beginning of the week, sapper units of the State Special Transport Service have discovered, seized and neutralized 2,835 explosive items. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, UNN reports.

Between November 13 and 19, an area of 2113.03 hectares was cleared of mines and 2835 explosive devices were defused. Since the beginning of russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, units of the State Service of Ukraine for Specialized Transport Services have found, removed and defused 87176 explosive devices.
A total of 39829.24 hectares of territory was demined (checked).
Water areas - 21.60 hectares;
Roads - 716.05 km;
Railways - 2242.61 km;
Power lines - 328.32 km;
Gas pipelines - 35 km.

. In October , it was reportedthat humanitarian demining in Ukraine is one of the priorities, as 30% of Ukrainian territories are potentially mined.
