The russian occupiers are looking for a favorable moment to penetrate the depths of the defensive positions in the Kharkiv sector. The defense forces do not allow them to do so. This was reported by the spokesman for the operational and tactical group "Kharkiv" Vitaliy Sarantsev during a telethon, according to a correspondent of UNN.
The situation in the Kharkiv sector remains difficult. The enemy is trying to "probe" our defense and, under favorable conditions, penetrate deep into our defensive positions. We do not allow him to do so. In some locations, we can note a decrease in enemy activity. That is, he does not carry out active assault operations there. Instead, he is starting to deploy fortification equipment there
In addition, he said that the use of tactical aircraft by the enemy has decreased.
If a few weeks ago we were noticing 30, 50 CABs per day, now this number has significantly decreased. Sometimes there are 2 KABs, yesterday there was one KAB, the day before yesterday there were four. That is, the number of tactical aviation use and, accordingly, the use of these munitions has decreased significantly
He noted that this can be attributed to several events.
It can be noted that the enemy may be using tactical aviation in more important areas, such as Pokrovske, лursk region or Sumy region. This can also be attributed to the fact that as a result of successful actions carried out by the joint efforts of the GUR and the Defense Forces, airfields and infrastructure were destroyed in кussia, fuel and lubricants, and ammunition depots were destroyed, so the enemy has significantly reduced this resource and is trying to optimize its use as much as possible
