Russian troops have launched another missile attack on Odesa, killing and wounding people, damaging residential buildings and civilian infrastructure, the head of the Odesa RMA, Oleh Kiper, said on Monday, UNN reports.

"Russian terrorists launched a missile attack on Odesa. There are victims and wounded. Civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings, has been damaged," RMA Chairman Oleh Kiper wrote on Telegram.
