The head of the RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, urged the citizens to stay in shelters.
"The occupiers are striking. Kharkiv and Kharkiv district: stay in shelters," he wrote on Telegram.
Earlier, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine wrote about the launches of UAVs in Kharkiv and Donetsk regions.
