"Sending children aged 11 to 17 to this camp, where military officers teach them tactical, firearms, and drill training, is called patronage assistance to the so-called 'lPR' in Russia. And all the children have to pass the "TRP" tests - something that even their parents do not know about," said the head of the regional military administration, Artem Lysogor.
According to him, the training at the camp, which is located near the training ground, is part of the federal project Faces of Friendship. According to the program, the children will have informal meetings with participants in the war in Ukraine.
