Students were forced to create drawings depicting DPRK flags and symbols of "friendship" between Russians and Koreans.
According to the National Resistance Center, these postcards are planned to be sent to North Korean mercenaries to boost their morale.
The Center emphasizes that teachers who take part in these propaganda campaigns become accomplices in crimes and will be held accountable for their actions.
