On Russian drones of the "Shahed" and "Gerbera" types, the use of a new frequency range for MESH modems of 3900-4100 MHz has been recorded, indicating further attempts by the enemy to change radio communication parameters and adapt to electronic warfare means. This was reported by the advisor to the Minister of Defense Serhiy ("Flash") Bezkrestnov, writes UNN.

According to him, Chinese MESH modems used on such UAVs operate in different frequency ranges depending on the manufacturer's order. The main ones are 1300-1500 MHz and 3200-3400 MHz.
"Of course, we use electronic warfare means against MESH modems, and the enemy periodically studies the possibility of using other ranges," Bezkrestnov noted in a post distributed on the social network Facebook.
Bezkrestnov also reported that earlier cases of using ranges of 500-700 MHz, 1600-1800 MHz, 2100-2300 MHz, and 2700-2900 MHz on Russian UAVs were recorded.
"Today, a new section of 3900-4100 MHz has been noticed," the advisor to the Ministry of Defense noted.
