NATO is concerned about the draft law "On Transparency of Foreign Influence" adopted in Georgia in the first reading. This was announced by the NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Central Asia, Javier Colomina, on the X platform, UNN reports

NATO is concerned about the draft law passed in the first reading in Tbilisi. As a NATO aspiring country, it is very important for Georgia to have a proper framework to ensure media freedom and civil society participation. This draft law is a step backwards and does not contribute to Euro-Atlantic integration

- wrote Javier Colomina.
