According to media reports, Oksana Romberg was born in Kyiv and later moved to Germany. There she became a famous cosmetologist and opened her own salon in 2011. She worked with many German stars. On April 1, 2021, the Ukrainian woman was found dead in her apartment on Kurfürstendamm Street in western Berlin. She was 50 years old. Recently, police arrested a 53-year-old man on suspicion of murder.

It turned out that the offender not only beat the woman to death, but also abused her with a small stone. The police found traces of the offender's DNA on one of them.

According to BILD, the police compiled a list of all Romberg's acquaintances and began to gradually invite them for a DNA test. The arrested man was 91st on the list. He was not previously registered with the police and had not committed any crimes. He helped Romberg around the apartment and apparently killed her to rob her.
