The Verkhovna Rada has rejected the laws on railway transport No. 1196 and alternative ones, clearing the way for the adoption of a new law that is a mandatory part of the World Bank's loan program for Ukraine, MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak said on Thursday, UNN reports.
