According to the investigation, on March 26, at about 11:30 a.m., the Russian armed forces launched a rocket attack on the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv. "A non-residential building was damaged. Windows were smashed in the high-rise building, and the facade was damaged," the agency said.
"A 64-year-old civilian man suffered an acute stress reaction," the prosecutor's office said.
Reportedly, "according to preliminary data, the strike was carried out by an X-35U cruise missile.
The investigative and prosecutorial team examined the scene and collected the missile debris, which will be sent for further examination.
A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
