As of April 2024, 114,105 Ukrainians have already joined the government's Army of Recovery project. This is reported by UNN with reference to data from the State Employment Service.

Thus, as of April 8, 2024, the State Employment Service issued 114,105 referrals for community service, most of them in Kharkiv region (21,684 referrals).

There are also four regions with the largest number of unemployed people:

  • Donetsk (13,897 referrals);
  •  Kyiv (13,279);
  •  Poltava (12,691);
  •  Chernihiv (12,287).

In total, 19 regions have joined the Army of Restoration project.

It is noted that UAH 772 million has already been allocated to pay salaries for participation in the government's Army of Recovery project.

The agency adds that the payment for community service now amounts to UAH 12 thousand for a full month of work.
