In Crimea and Sevastopol, power outages occurred due to grid overload, affecting many localities, including Yalta, Alushta, Sudak, Feodosia and Kerch, which led to temporary restrictions on electricity consumption in Sevastopol.

According to media reports, Yalta, Alushta, Sudak, Feodosia, Kerch and other settlements were affected by the blackout.

The Russian-controlled head of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev, announced the introduction of temporary schedules of consumption restrictions in the city.
