"After the recent hostile shelling of Korabelnyi district, there were interruptions in electricity and water supply in Shumenskyi district," said Mrochko.
"There are also power and water outages in Dniprovsky district. Some neighborhoods may be completely de-energized," noted the head of the CMA.
Emergency crews, he said, are working to eliminate the consequences of the racist attacks.

According to the head of Kherson RMA Oleksandr Prokudin, 38 localities, including Kherson, came under enemy fire and air strikes over the past day.
