Israeli airline El Al has announced the suspension of its Tel Aviv-moscow flights due to russia's alleged involvement in the downing of an Azerbaijan Airlines Embraer 190 in Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Jerusalem Post, according to UNN.

It is noted that El Al is suspending its operations on the Tel Aviv-moscow route next week "amid events in russian airspace.
Aviation officials explained this decision by the crash of an Azerbaijani passenger plane, which was allegedly caused by the russian air defense system.
The airline added that next week it will conduct a new assessment of the situation and make a further decision on the resumption of flights on the route.
Citing sources in the Azerbaijani government, Euronews and Caliber.Az reported that the crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines Embraer 190 plane en route from Baku to russia's Grozny in Kazakhstan's Aktau was caused by a russian surface-to-air missile fired from the russian Pantsir-S air defense system.
At the same time, NATO spokesperson Farah Dahlallah called for a "full investigation" into the crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane.
