Proceedings have been initiated over the murder of a young man in the temporarily occupied Preobrazhenka, Kherson region, the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office reports UNN.

According to prosecutors, on July 4, 2024, in the village of Preobrazhenka in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region, Russians killed a young man.
This became known from a message posted on the Internet by the rector of one of the universities in Kherson, where the deceased had previously studied.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in the criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Measures are being taken to establish the circumstances of the incident and the persons involved in the crime.
