In Zakarpattia, law enforcement officers are investigating the rape of a 42-year-old woman with a disability by two minors.
According to the information, the police confirmed that criminal proceedings have been opened under Part 3 of Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Most of the investigative actions have already been carried out, so the minors will be served with a notice of suspicion in the near future.
Since the victim has a hearing impairment, it takes longer to carry out the necessary procedures with an interpreter.
