Today, Odesa is celebrating Ukrainian State Flag Day. A 35-meter Ukrainian flag was unfurled on the steps of Primorskyi Boulevard. In addition, for the first time since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Duke was dressed in a vyshyvanka, UNN reports, citing the Odesa City Council.

On the occasion of the holiday, the national flag was raised above the buildings of the regional and city administrations, as well as on the Vorontsov Lighthouse in Odesa.

A traditional patriotic event held as part of the Vyshyvanka Festival became a vibrant highlight of the celebrations: Odesa residents and city guests unfurled a 35-meter Ukrainian flag on the steps of Primorskyi Boulevard.
This year, for the first time since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Vyshyvanka Festival returned to another of its long-standing traditions — ceremonially dressing the Duke in a vyshyvanka.

For Odesa, this event has long been part of the celebrations of Ukrainian State Flag Day and Ukrainian Independence Day.
