The Patrol Police responded to a video of a conflict situation in Odesa that is circulating on social media.
"Today, on Serednofontanska Street, a conflict arose between a woman and the military. The citizen was behaving aggressively, started a fight and did not respond to demands to stop the illegal actions, which forced the patrol policemen to use physical force and special means - handcuffs," the patrol policemen reported in Telegram.
The woman was reportedly taken to the police station to qualify her actions. Investigators are currently investigating the case and establishing the circumstances of the incident.
