A video is spreading through the network where a man in his apartment first "demonstratively punishes" a toy terrier, shoving the animal's feces into its mouth, and then drags it out of the room and beats it. The video shows that the dog is bleeding due to such "upbringing". The whole process is accompanied by the crying of a small child. This is reported by UNN.
As the activists of the Charitable Association "Plyushka" say, they published the video with the permission of one of the parents.
They explain that the family that owns the animal has its own conflict and this is obviously not the first case of cruelty to the pet.
Animal rights activists are asking for publicity, as the police have not yet reacted to the situation. Activists say they have filed a statement with the Holosiivskyi Police Department under the article "Cruelty to animals".

In a comment to UNN, the head of the Kyiv Police Communications Department, Dmytro Hryshchenko, said that an official statement on the incident will likely be released today.
"All the information that comes in is registered and immediately checked. Perhaps they thought that the information would be provided immediately, an inspection would be carried out, it would be established if there are signs of a criminal offense, it would be entered into the Unified Register, and so on. But we will say all this after I receive the final information on what has been done. I understand that the information will be available today. But a little later. Everything is registered. Now it is impossible for someone to file a complaint and for this complaint to disappear somewhere. Everything is with us and the relevant checks are being carried out on everything," said Dmytro Hryshchenko.
