It is noted that during the past month, the Russian army lost 42,860 personnel.

"In total, over the first seven months of 2026, enemy personnel losses amounted to 238,650 personnel," the General Staff summarized.

During the day of July 31, the Russian army lost another 1,470 military personnel, 82 artillery systems, and 1,838 operational-tactical level drones.
