If the Cabinet of Ministers does not regulate or extend the deadline for updating military records, it will cause a collapse in the judicial system. This opinion was expressed by the first deputy chairman of the Committee on Regulations, Deputy Ethics and Organization of Work of the Verkhovna Rada Serhiy Yevtushok, during a telethon, and explained why, reports a correspondent of UNN.

The deadline is approaching. I think that the executive authorities need to immediately regulate this situation, because even yesterday and the day before I saw a really large number of people near the TCC... These long lines indicate that tomorrow, after the deadline, there will be a certain moment not from the veins of these people who cannot register, which will allow fines to be imposed,

- Yevtushok said.

He noted that fines range from 17 thousand to 25.5 thousand hryvnias, which is not a small amount for Ukrainians.

Therefore, these fines will not be paid, and I feel that if the government does not regulate, extend or prolong these terms by its resolutions or other bylaws, it will be a collapse in the judicial system. Because I foresee that if fines are automatically imposed, our courts will obviously be overwhelmed with all the claims to ensure that the fine is imposed illegally, unlawfully. Therefore, the authorities need to do this,

- Yevtushok noted.

AddendumAddendum

The Ministry of Defense reported that there will be no automatic fines for failure to update military records by July 16. Fines may be imposed within three months of the detection of the offense and up to one year from the date of its commission.

In addition, on July 14, the Ministry of Defense statedthat the Ministry of Defense believes that 60 days was enough time to update its military records, so the Ministry is not initiating amendments to the legislation of Ukraine to extend the deadline for this update.
