"The first one and a half billion, I think, will be this week. (As for) 50 billion, I am sure the decision will be made soon. There are organizational issues, and no one will interfere. It has been done so that today we have mechanisms so that even if there is support for the package of 50 billion minus one, there will be other tools to ensure that Ukraine receives these 50 billion," Zelensky said.
He also expressed confidence that the United States would not betray Ukraine.
"As for financial assistance. We are working very hard on this. I am confident that the United States will not betray us, that what we have agreed with the United States will be fulfilled. Completely," Zelensky said.
