The Security Service and the National Police have detained another enemy accomplice who helped the Nazis kidnap Ukrainians during the battles for Kharkiv. This was reported by the press service of the SBU, according to UNN.
Details
According to the investigation, he was a 46-year-old resident of the village of Kozacha Lopan, who became an "assistant" to the local Gauleiter during the occupation of this settlement. In this "position," he participated in the abduction of community members and the robbery of their private property. To do this, the defendant "guided" the occupiers to the homes of Ukrainian patriots and their relatives.
He primarily turned in families of former military personnel and law enforcement officials.
The Nazis broke into people's homes and, threatening them with execution, took them to a Russian torture chamber. During such "raids," the invaders, together with their accomplice, looted the homes. The Russians sent most of the stolen goods, especially computers and household appliances, to Russia,
After the de-occupation of the region, the defendant remained in the village, where he tried to "lay low", almost never leaving his private house.
Based on the collected evidence, he was served a notice of suspicion under Part 1 Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (aiding the aggressor state). The offender is currently in custody. He faces up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
