According to the investigation, Makovetsky directly ordered the bombing and destruction of the Oskil dam. He is suspected under Article 441 of the Criminal Code (ecocide).
In addition, the issue of serving a notice of suspicion to Russian war criminals over the shelling of Chuhuiv district with Grad rocket launchers is being resolved.
