Details

The attacker was a teacher at a local higher vocational school.

To gather intelligence, he set up an "observation post" at his dacha, located in a garden community near the southern front.

From there, the Russian informant tried to identify the locations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces units using binoculars and other optics.

Taking into account his cooperation with the investigation, the court sentenced the FSB informant to 9 years in prison.  Based on the SBU materials, the court found the offender guilty under Part 3 of Art. 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized dissemination of information on the movement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine committed under martial law)
