According to law enforcement, a dispute arose between the 36-year-old man and his 56-year-old mother at their place of residence. During the conflict, the Bukovinian struck the woman a number of blows to different parts of her body. As a result of the injuries, the Bukovyna woman died at the scene.
Police officers seized material evidence from the apartment. The body was sent for forensic examination to determine the cause of death.
Law enforcement officers detained the suspect and have already served him with a notice of suspicion of premeditated murder.
