The Ministry of Justice emphasizes that the fact that the Russian X-101 cruise missile hit Ukraine must be thoroughly documented by experts. This will take time, but will be irrefutable evidence in international courts.

The fact that the Russians deliberately struck the Okhmatdyt children's hospital with an X-101 cruise missile is evidenced by the missile's flight path, its approach to the target, and the debris found at the site of the tragedy. This conclusion was reached by experts from Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. The details were provided by Deputy Head of the Ministry of Justice Andriy Haichenko in an exclusive commentary to UNN.

Details

According to him, there is clear evidence that the strike was targeted.

As for the targeting of the strike, this is evidenced by the missile's combat trajectory. That is, each missile, including the X-101, has certain settings in the base, meaning that when it is launched, it has a specific flight mission. It enters the target at a certain angle. The angle at which it enters the target - the Okhmatdyt in the video - corresponds to the combat trajectory of this missile. Why the X-101? As of the day before yesterday, we have seized more than 30 elements of this missile's components, including more than 30 large-sized elements that include markings. There is a video, there is a combat trajectory

- Mr. Haichenko noted.

The Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine added that the fact that the Russian X-101 cruise missile hit the Ukrainian territory should be thoroughly documented by experts. It will take time, but it will be indisputable evidence in international courts.

Optional

Oleksandr Ruvin, Director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, was the first to report that the most damaged facilities as a result of the Russian missile attack on the capital on July 8 were most likely hit by enemy X-101 missiles .

The parts and debris that have been identified as of this hour are poorly preserved and highly fragmented. Taking into account the available markings and design features, we can preliminarily say that the strikes were carried out by X-101 cruise missiles. The final conclusions will be submitted to the pre-trial investigation authorities after all the necessary examinations are conducted

- Ruvin noted.
