A conflict between two companies occurred in a hotel in Kyiv, followed by a fight and then a fatal shooting. According to the Kyiv police, criminal proceedings have been opened, UNN reports.

According to the police, the incident took place around 1:00 am today. A conflict arose between the two companies at the hotel and a subsequent fight ensued, during which one of the defendants pulled out a weapon and fired several shots at his opponents.
The 27-year-old man died on the spot from his wounds, while the victim's friend and a security guard were also injured. The latter were hospitalized in satisfactory condition.
The police detained one of the participants in the fight, and the shooter is currently wanted.
Criminal proceedings were initiated under two articles of the Criminal Code: Part 1 of Article 115 - premeditated murder, and Part 2 of Article 296 - hooliganism. The defendant faces up to fifteen years in prison.
