Russian troops struck a village in Kupyansk district in Kharkiv region this morning, damaging infrastructure. This was reported on Friday by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, UNN reports.

During the day, according to the head of the JMA, at least 16 settlements in Bohodukhiv, Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Kupyansk districts were under enemy fire:
- Yesterday morning in the village of Kivsharivka, a hit was recorded in front of the building of an educational institution. About 30 windows were smashed in the building.
- As a result of mortar shelling in the village of Liptsy, Kharkiv district, a private household was damaged. A civilian man of 52 years old was injured. He received help on the spot and did not need hospitalization.
- A private house was damaged in Novoosynove village, Kupyansk district.
- A private house was damaged as a result of artillery shelling in Vovchansk, Chuguiv district.
In addition, Syniehubov said, Udy of Bohodukhiv district, Nesterne of Chuhuiv district, Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka of Kupyansk district and other settlements were under enemy fire.
"Heavy fighting continues in the Kupyansk sector. Over the last day our defenders repelled 7 enemy attacks in the areas of Sinkivka and Petropavlivka," said the head of the JFO.
