"The defense forces continue to take comprehensive measures to hold and strengthen their positions," the command said.
The occupiers are reportedly putting pressure with artillery shelling, conducting air strikes in the Orikhiv sector, and using a large number of attack drones of various types, as well as intensive aerial reconnaissance. Over the past day, 95 reconnaissance drones were spotted flying over the operational area.
Over the course of the day, the enemy carried out 3 air strikes using 7 guided missiles in the Orikhivsk sector, the "South" command said.
"Continuing to terrorize the civilian population of the frontline areas of Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, the enemy used 281 FPV drones, 2 Lancet attack UAVs and dropped 120 fragmentation munitions from UAVs of various modifications," the "South" command reported.
