In Ukraine, from April 1, reservations made under the old rules will become invalid, and only companies that have updated their criticality status according to the new requirements will be able to extend reservations. This is reported by UNN with reference to message from the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
From April 1, all reservations that were made under the old rules will become invalid. Only companies that have already updated their criticality status in accordance with the new requirements will be able to extend the reservation of their specialists after this date.
Details
"Since the beginning of the year, most conscientious companies have already reconfirmed their criticality in the relevant state bodies and re-reserved their employees. Deferrals of re-reserved employees remain valid after April 1," said Vitaliy Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
What will change from April 1
- the term of reservations made under the old system will expire;
- the standard procedure for reviewing applications for reservation of employees for critical enterprises will be restored (within 72 hours);
- reservations will be available exclusively to enterprises that have received confirmation of criticality under the new rules.
What to do for companies that have not yet updated their status
- it is necessary to update the criticality status of your company according to the new procedure (see instructions here);
- after confirming the new criticality status, it is necessary to re-register the reservation of employees;
- if an employee already has an active reservation, it must first be canceled.
"We remind you that all reservations are made exclusively in electronic format through the "Diia" portal. No paper documents or orders need to be prepared," the Ministry of Economy said.
Addendum
In February, the Cabinet of Ministers extended the term of reservation of conscripted employees until March 31 due to cyberattacks on state registers.
Companies have been given additional time to confirm the status of critical and re-reserve personnel.
