The "eChezhda" service for trucks is being expanded to another border crossing point to the EU, the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine reported on Friday, UNN reports.

"On July 22, the eCheckout service for trucks will start operating for empty trucks at the Krasnoyilsk-Vicovu de Sus border crossing with Romania," the ministry said.
It is noted that from Monday, empty trucks will be able to cross the specified checkpoint only by appointment in the eCheck system on the website echerha.gov.ua or through the corresponding application.
"Registration in the eChezha system starts on July 21 at 12:00. The actual movement of trucks according to the new record will start on July 22 at 12:00," the ministry said.

Currently, eCherge for trucks operates at 15 truck checkpoints. Together with Krasnoilsk-Vicu de Sousse, this list will expand to 16 international road border crossings.
According to the Ministry, 1 million 38 thousand trucks have crossed the border by online registration since the service was launched.
