According to preliminary data, today on Ocheretiana Street in Lviv, a construction cradle broke at the level of the 15th floor during facade repair work on a building.
Three workers died as a result of the fall. Preliminarily, two of them were citizens of Turkey.
As reported by the Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office, all circumstances of the incident are currently being established, as well as the persons responsible for compliance with occupational safety requirements.
Under the procedural guidance of the Halych District Prosecutor's Office of the city of Lviv, information has been entered into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations under Part 2 of Art. 272 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — violation of safety rules during the performance of high-risk work that caused the death of people, the report says.
