The Russian missile attack on Odesa killed 21 people, including a rescuer, and injured 38 others, 11 of them in serious condition.

The number of victims of the Russian missile attack on Odesa has risen to 21. A 39-year-old rescuer died in hospital today. This was reported by the deputy head of the Odesa regional state administration Andriy Figel on the air of the "United News" marathon, UNN reports.

He clarified that as of now, 38 people are in medical institutions.

"According to the updated information, 11 people are in serious condition. Our doctors are doing everything they can to save people's lives," says Figel.

Among the injured are four rescuers and one ambulance driver. Two of the rescuers are in serious condition, all the others are in moderate condition, Figel said

He also said that the Russian attack destroyed a three-story recreational building, damaged at least 10 residential buildings, a maintenance station, a low-pressure gas pipeline, an ambulance, and fire and rescue vehicles

As reported, on March 15, Russian troops launched a ballistic missile attack on Odesa - Iskander-M missiles from the temporarily occupied Crimea.

Earlier, it was reported that 20 people were killed and 75 people were injured as a result of the Russian missile attack on Odesa.
