On the occasion of the Day of the State Flag of Ukraine, border guards together with the Defense Forces congratulated Ukrainians who are in the temporarily occupied territories of southern Ukraine, UNN reports with reference to the State Border Guard Service.
"Our people should always feel the presence of the Ukrainian spirit, even if they are temporarily under occupation. Happy National Flag Day!" - the border guards said and showed a video.
