Polish farmers continue to restrict truck traffic at three checkpoints on the border with Poland. In total, about 400 trucks are waiting to cross the border. This was reported on the air of Suspilne. Studio" TV channel, the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Andriy Demchenko said on Wednesday, UNN reports.

Details

Given that Polish farmers have resumed blocking truck traffic at Uhryniv, the checkpoints at Uhryniv, Yahodyn and Rava-Ruska are blocked or restricted in three directions. According to the information we have from our Polish colleagues, farmers plan to let about three trucks pass through Uhryniv every 6 hours, traveling from Poland to Ukraine. In the direction of Poland from Ukraine, they plan to let one truck a day

- Demchenko said.

He noted that if we analyze yesterday, the cargo flow in the direction of the Uhryniv checkpoint has significantly decreased, with a total of about 30 trucks crossing the border in both directions. Prior to that, the border crossing fluctuated around 200 trucks.

He also noted that Polish farmers do not allow trucks to pass through the Yahodyn and Rava-Ruska checkpoints towards Poland at all. And in the direction of Ukraine, they let several trucks through per hour.

There are about 400 trucks in queues at these three destinations. There were no queues at Uhryniv, and most of the queues are at Yahodyn. There are also queues at the previously unblocked destinations. This is especially the direction of the Krakivets checkpoint, where 700 trucks and 400 trucks are queuing in front of the Shehyni checkpoint

 ," Demchenko said.

Recall

Polish farmers are planning to resume blockades in the direction of the Uhryniv-Dolhobyczów checkpoint on April 2, where they temporarily suspended their actions on Thursday for the Easter holidays.
