During the Southern Jackaroo exercises, the Australian Army tested the Vector AI reconnaissance drone, created by the German company Quantum Systems and improved based on combat experience gained during the war in Ukraine. This was reported by Defense Blog, writes UNN.

The drone is used for deep reconnaissance, target detection, and transmitting coordinates for artillery and drone strikes. The publication notes that the platform has undergone thousands of hours of combat use in Ukraine, which allowed it to be adapted for operation in conditions of electronic warfare and countering air defense systems.
