The first-ever Korea Grand Music Awards ceremony, founded by the South Korean sports and entertainment newspaper Ilgan Sports, was held at the Inspire Arena in Incheon.
The award ceremony was hosted by NewJeans' Hanni, Aespa's Winter, and actress Nam Ji-hyun. The ceremony also featured performances by artists such as NewJeans, NiziU, Aespa, ATEEZ, ZEROBASEONE, and Temin.
The most titled artists of the ceremony were Aespa, who took home four awards: Grand Honoree's Choice, Grand Song, Best Song and Most Streamed Song. They were followed by Day6, who won Grand Performer, Best Song and Best Band.
Other main prize winners include NewJeans, (G)I-DLE, ATEEZ, and ZEROBASEONE.
