"A tourist balloon exploded in one of the apartments of a high-rise building in Kyiv. [The owner of the apartment suffered burns to her hands," the State Emergency Service said on social media.
Reportedly, doctors examined the woman on the spot, and she did not need to be hospitalized.
"Fortunately, there was no fire," the SES added.
The SES emphasized not to use tourist burners in apartments. "And if you do, follow the instructions for use and fire safety rules," the agency said.
