On the evening of July 27, a fight broke out between groups of strangers in Arcadia in Odesa . Law enforcement officers detained seven people involved in the incident. This was reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the Odesa police.

According to police, the fight broke out near an entertainment venue. The young men showed signs of intoxication and resisted a police officer who tried to calm them down, the police added.
Law enforcement officers detained seven men aged 20 to 23. At the police station, they refused to explain the cause and motives of the fight. The police found out that they were all from the same company.
Investigators classified the actions of the detainees as hooliganism under Part 3 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The issue of serving them a notice of suspicion and choosing a measure of restraint is currently being decided. Hooliganism is punishable by imprisonment for a term of two to five years
Law enforcement officers are also identifying other participants in the fight in Arcadia.
