157 battles took place over the past day at the front, about half - in the Kurakhovsky and Pokrovsky directions, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in the Morning Report on November 28, writes UNN.

According to updated information, yesterday the enemy launched 21 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, dropped 39 kab. in addition, it carried out almost 4,800 attacks, including 154 from MLRS, and used 1,672 kamikaze drones for strikes.
Yesterday, aircraft, missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces launched two strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel and military equipment.
In terms of directions, the situation is as follows::
In the areas of the settlements of Volchansk and Tikhoe in the Kharkiv direction, over the past day, five enemy assaults on the positions of our defenders took place.
In the Kupyansky Direction, 17 attacks of the invaders were recorded. The defense forces repelled offensive actions near Kolesnikovka, Zagrizovoye, Zeleny Gai and Kruglyakovka.
The enemy attacked four times in the Limansky Direction. The enemy concentrated its main offensive efforts in the areas of Grekovka, Novoegorovka and Torskoye.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the invaders once attacked in the area of Belaya Gora.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out six attacks near Toretsk, while the enemy actively used bomber aircraft, dropping up to ten guided bombs.
In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 37 offensive actions of the aggressor near Mirolyubovka, Luch, Lisovka, Dachensky, yellow and Chumatsky.
In the Kurakhovsky direction, the defense forces repelled 39 attacks. The enemy concentrated its main efforts in the areas of Solntsevka, Berestkov, Kurakhovo, Dalny, Elizavetovka, Antonovka and Ganovka.
With the support of aviation in the Vremovsky direction, the enemy carried out 18 assaults on our positions near Trudovaya, Konstantinopolsky, Zaliv, Razdolny, Sukhoi Yalov and Novodarovka.
In the Prydniprovsky direction, the Russian invaders attacked our positions six times. They received a tough rebuff and suffered losses.
In the Volyn and Polessky directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were found.
On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy uses artillery and aircraft from the territory of the Russian Federation in the areas of Ukrainian settlements.
"The operation continues in the Kursk region, where Ukrainian defenders repelled 18 attacks of the invaders during the day," the report says.
Our soldiers, as indicated in the General Staff, cause significant losses in manpower and equipment to the occupation forces and actively undermine the enemy's offensive potential in the rear.
"In general, over the past day, the losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1,220 people. Also, Ukrainian soldiers neutralized a tank, two armored combat vehicles, 22 artillery systems, 45 operational-tactical UAVs, 60 units of automobile and 10 units of special equipment of the invaders," the General Staff said.
