According to the TCC, in the video, a woman complains in Ukrainian that she was denied a payment for her husband who died at the front.
"This person did not apply to the Zhytomyr CCC and JV for payments. The document in the video does not meet the standards of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," said Oleksandr Negerey, Deputy Head of the Social Benefits Sector of the Zhytomyr TCC and JV.
Negerey noted that TCCs do not deal with the appointment of one-time financial assistance and its amount and are not the administrator of budget funds.
The CCC emphasized that Russian propaganda constantly speculates on painful topics of Ukrainians, trying to play on emotions.
"The main goal of the enemy is to discredit the work of the CCC using fake videos distributed on social media. All this is aimed at disrupting the mobilization," the CCC added.
It should be noted that in the video that is circulating online, the name of the head of the Zhytomyr TCC, Serhiy Martyshchenko, is visible, which for some reason is spelled with the Russian letter "Ы".
